My name is Bethany Fox and I am the owner operator of the Marlborough Little Red Fox Hub and Early Childhood Education registered company.
I have my Bachelors in Teaching and Learning Early Childhood Education and have been in the childcare industry for 12 years. My passion is in providing support, love, opportunity, quality care and educational development for children and their families.
Little Red Fox Hub provides a wonderful opportunity for this kind of focused care through our Oscar programs in a well resourced environment, quality teacher training, and educational developmentally engaging activities for the children. The hub is also place for young children to play during the day with fun planned activities and where parents can socialize and feel supported.
I have two young children and as a parent I know that I would want a program I could send my children to where they had fun, felt supported and safe and had an educator who genuinely cares about them. This is my drive and focus for the Oscar Program and Hub in Marlborough, my team of educators are kind, nurturing, passionate and empowering.

Kia ora, my name is Serena and I have lived in Blenheim most of my life. I have worked within the OSCAR sector for over ten years and very much enjoy the work I do. I have always loved being around children, from family and friends and also previous nannying. I have spent many years gaining knowledge from working with children and being in a role of supervisor at OSCAR.
Now I spend most of my days doing administration in the office with my beloved sticky notes. I still enjoy the little visitors that I get at the door and I often get out of the office to spend time with the children at the HUB. I have enjoyed building relationships with the families within our care and look forward to meeting new families and children soon.

I have lived in Blenheim for 5 years after moving down from the Far North. I love living so close to the snow, the beautiful Marlborough Sounds and lots of things to do outside. Some of my hobbies are cooking, baking, snowboarding, being with whanau and enjoying great kai!
Being Supervisor at LRFH is a change of career for me, because most of my work experience is in construction as a qualified Gib Fixer and Stopper. It's an unexpected change, but I've always loved being around kids from newborn to any age. As supervisor I’ve got a great opportunity to use my organising skills as well as working with and in a team. LRF is a whanau and team environment that I love to contribute to.
